1. Order process

You can order the Self Service packages on our web shops or by telephone from your personal contact. Please check the exact truck type before ordering. You will find this on the type plate on the truck or in your truck operating manual.

2. Start with the manual

Please check the Self Service manual for your industrial truck to familiarize yourself with the necessary steps. Check that all required spare parts are included in the package. Have the specified tools and your personal protective equipment ready for the repair - these parts are not included in the package.

3. Truck repair

When all required original spare parts and tools are available, follow the steps from the manual step by step.
Please ensure that the industrial truck is placed on flat ground for the repair.

4. Establish operational readiness

To complete the repair, perform the specified tests from the Self Service manual.
